I am a Level 3 fitness and nutrition coach and menopause certified, passionate about revolutionising women’s health and fitness. My approach is all about creating bespoke, one-on-one programmes that support weight loss, building strength, lifestyle transformation, and mindset shifts. Through my group coaching, I focus on helping women build sustainable routines with balanced eating and regular exercise. My ultimate goal?
